I love this place! (Jackson Heights). The providers are great, and I've had a few over the several years I've been a patient, including Dr. Azar, who in addition to her skill, is quite a character! I get my prescriptions delivered from one of their pharmacies which is quite convenient for me. The doctors and physician assistants are very knowledgeable because I have never heard so many conditions with very long Latin-like names, said confidently. And they know them all and treat them all. They are caring and sensitive. In the past the wait time was longer but recently they are right on the dot. Reception is welcoming with a smile

Dr. Azar took care of me. She did a great job, very communicative and kind . Very professional job you guys did. Thanks to all the people who helped me today, love this place.

This office felt very chaotic. I think they share the space with a physical therapy clinic so the environment was completely disorganized. I waited well past my appointment time, was put in a room, told the doctor would be right in, and then waited an additional 20 minutes with no check-in. I eventually walked out. The front desk staff were polite and respectful, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend this office if you’re looking for a seamless and professional experience.

Great doctor has helped me a lot with eczema. But the front desk customer service is non-existent. I constantly call and they don’t answer they pick up and instantly place you on hold.

This office is great. Yes although at times the wait time is long, it’s because they are so good. My skin conditions have always been treated correctly. I recommend this office highly.
