Anew Oral Surgery

I was needing an extraction and LITERALLY no one else could get me in. Lucky for me though! Everyone was so nice, but Dr. May was incredible. During the procedure he kept me informed on what was happening and what to expect, even trying to be funny to distract me. Overall, I am so happy I ended up there. Would recommend to any of my closest family.

Dr. May and his team were fantastic with my wisdom teeth removal. The staff were incredibly friendly, and helpful before the surgery and on the day of. Dr. May did an excellent job of explaining things both pre and post op. My teeth were harder than normal to remove, and I am happy I chose someone who has been a surgeon for many years, who had the knowledge and skill to ensure it got done right. The staff also called to check in how I was doing after, and I am confident they would have made any necessary corrections if I had needed any. I would highly recommend this location for a wisdom tooth removal, or other dental surgery.

Such a good experience here! I am one who is never too crazy to have dental work done and the staff made me feel so taken care of, really eased my fears. Dr. May explained everything he was doing even while working on me, so I had no unexpected surprises. The results of my implant are wonderful. I will definitely be returning here for any future work!

I went in to have a tooth pulled. The 3 staff members I did speak to were great. I was taken back quickly and was told they would be right with me. The area is set up so that is if fairly open. I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. I waited another 20 minutes and went out to the front desk and told them I was leaving. While I was waiting in the chair someone had walked by a few times. The gal did apologize and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I did not reschedule and went elsewhere. I expect better, there were enough employees and other patients in the clinic. Did the Dr. not wonder about his patient? What about the assistant?

This place deserves much more than the current rating they have! If you’re looking for an oral surgeon in the Fargo area there is nowhere else you should look!
