Have gone to Andy for Eye care for years. Andy is an exceptional Doctor and a pleasure to deal with. Can't say that about some of his staff. This past year I had an exam and new glasses and frames ordered. Being Retired Military and with Medicare, I had no problem with the expenses. As with every other time glasses were ordered something was wrong with them. Andy's staff (wife) wants to place the problem with me, but when I ordered new glasses they came back with my reader prescription instead of the distance script. (I guess that was my fault, right?) Sent back for correction and this time the entire pair of glasses, lenses and frames were lost. I was told my frames had been discontinued and I would have to pick out some different ones. Very efficient staff, Dr. Hawari was friendly, informative, and made me very comfortable with the exam. I have brought my kids to him for years. He is always up to date on the latest medical information and innovations in his field. We have always been pleased with the service and care with Dr. Hawari and his staff. The wait time has always been short, the offices are clean and orderly. There is a little coffee and tea station for patients as they wait. The waiting room is peaceful and the optical shop is very nice with great staff that helped me choose a pair of glasses that are in budget and look great.

Last year went to get glasses as I had prescription. As I had Humana and Medicaid they were confused how to file them, it was refysed as they were nit filed correctly. Again when I was there yesterday they weren't sure how they would file claim for eye exam.I now have United Health Care and Medicaid. I only wanted eye exam for new prescription as it had been 1 year. As I only have 800.00 month income from social security my regular eye exam covered. I was high pressured to have eye test that see's behind the eye that he called eye heath care. (I had this done anout 10 years ago, another optometrist said that test is not necessary and way to get more money as cost is about $45.)
