Caraday of Mineola

Very outdated facility, even with family present over a hour wait for help after pulling cord for assistance, understaffed and staff that don't care, contracted a infection here after only a day and half, had to make formal reports with state and heath and human services, and had to hire a lawyer for neglect and injuries received, if u love your elderly family members don't send em here, not even fit for a animal here. They will leave your loved one in there own feces overnight without help!!!

Caraday of Mineola has a friendly and outgoing atmosphere, fully staffed with caring and compassionate staff here to meet your loved ones needs. Strong and hardworking therapy team to help residents meet their max potential. Dietary staff able to accommodate different diets and food choices.

My grandma alice had been to lots and lots of different nursing homes. This one is hands down the best one she has ever been to. She loves it there.The workers are so nice and they really care about their resident's. Also lots of them smell so bad and these people are so good at there jobs. They manage to keep it smelling good. Love love love this nursing home!!! Absoulty a place you can trust your loved ones in.

I have been with Caraday of Mineola for a few months now and not one day has went by that made me feel like I made the wrong decision. Caraday took me in and treated me like family. The residents are most definitely a plus a lovely place to be.

I came to visit a friend and he needed to go to the bathroom. I pulled the cord and we waited for over 30 minutes for help but no one showed. Still waiting can’t find a sole to help either. Nice place but very lax in personal care.
