I was in today (1/31/24) for a cleaning and for a diagnosis on a pain I had had been experiencing. The Staff and Dr. Ma were friendly, very professional and informative. I had a great experience and felt well taken care of. Thank you very much to Dr. Ma and his staff.

Please save yourself from humalition and discrimination. I had an appointment today at 10 am. I called and ask if they can reschedule. The "assistant manager" told me i should have known better and i took someone elses spot blah blah. And hung up on me. I went to the office the same girl on the phone the " Manager" told me why did u come. She made me wait for an hour and after that she said she gave my appointment to someone else and the Dr can't see me and i can leave. My appointment was at 10 am i called around 9:15. I was at his office around 9:40 and with in 20 mins she got a call and boom new patient was standing in front of her. She never said she canceled my appointment and refuse to reschedule it and just hung up the phone. She humilited me in front of other people. I left his offi
