Dr. Andrews is great but his nurse practitioner Eboni is the hidden gem! I love his support staff they make sure I get what I need! The medication refill process is the best! I don’t have to call the office everything can be submitted in the portal then straight to my pharmacy of choice.

Up to date office. Easy to use patient portal. Easy to make a payment. When I call I never wait long to speak to someone. Sweet nurses that make you feel comfortable. Dr. Andrews is very kind and knowledgeable. He listens to your concerns doesn’t rush in and out. If you have a concerns and speak to the nurses or leave a voicemail they call back quickly after speaking with the doctor. I would recommend this office to anyone I know! I will be setting my husband an appt up soon.

Dr. Andrews and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The wait time is always minimal.

Gave me the run-around on meds. Took the doctor 3 weeks to approve simple medication and that's only because I kept calling. Shameful lackluster service and care.

Dr. Andrews is an excellent family doctor. I have lived in several places and have not found a doctor with such great attention to detail. I don’t feel rushed during office visits and know that he is listening and truly cares about my health. On many occasions Dr. Andrews has made personal calls to check on the well being of myself and family. My husband and I completely trust Andrews Medical Care with our care and the care of our children.
