Anchorage Healthcare Center

My father passed away at the rehab yesterday. He was only there for one week. The communication was horrible. They called me for his 1st treatment team meeting and then hung up on me leaving me out of the meeting. I called several times trying to get information on how he was doing and everyone I spoke to didn't know anything. They said they would have someone call me back. I never received any call backs.If they had told me how bad off he was I would have driven the 9 hours to be there with him to say goodbye and hold his hand. Do not send your loved ones to this facility.

My stay here was excellent! The staff was very helpful at all times. The rehab teach was amazing, they got me back on my feet quickly.

The service and people are good. The therapy team is amazing, they are positive people. The nurses are cool and want what's best for you.

Ashley East is the best in Admissions at this healthcare facility. she is extremely helpful and cares about her patients

For the most part staff were professional, treatment was ok at the best. Meals were undercooked, cold, or were not what was on the menu at all. Telephone Communication was a nightmare at times, if the Internet went down it was at least three days be for you could get in touch with the person you wished to check on.
