Anchor Point Dental Care

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Mark Artzer for 22 years. He and his staff have been wonderful. If looking for a new dental practice, we highly recommend going to Anchor Point!

My first time at Anchor Point was very pleasant. I was very nervous but after being treated with respect and dignity by the staff, I felt so comfortable with each and every staff member. The hygienist was so caring and gentle with my teeth and she made me feel much better and assured me everything was going to be alright. I had such great reviews about my visit, so I have convinced my husband.

Giving 5 stars because I don’t want hurt Dr Artzer. Writing the review, because it needs to be said: Until today, I was a 20+ year patient of Dr Artzer. I think quite highly of him. He’s the only dentist my children have ever known. He sold his practice to a DSO (A company who helps staff/train/grow dentist offices like Dr Artzer’s. They also facilitate buy outs for dentists looking to retire. Usually a 4-5 year phase out of the retiring dentist, which is the case here). Between me and my sons, I have had 4 interactions with the practice since the DSO (Anchor Point) came into the picture. They have all been marred with poor communication, mismanaged expectations, and a staff that seems to be struggling just to hang on. Dr Artzer spent his career building his practice. In my opinio

I was very nervous when I got to the dentist chair because I wasn’t exactly sure what I was going to have done. But Dr Artzer explained everything to me and put my mind at ease. He used plenty of Novocain so I was able to get through everything without any real pain, just the uncomfortableness of it all. I am glad that I have a dentist I can trust to do what’s best for me.

This was one of the best dental experiences , of my life ! Susan hygienist was so gentle she did amazing , Special thanks to the wonderful Doctor Mark thank you front desk , heaven is so attentive along with heather ! This is a great team , go for it !
