Anchor Physical Therapy

Anchor Physical Therapy is my first choice in places for therapy. The staff is very friendly and understanding of your needs I've been coming here most my aliments since the later part of 2019. The building has expanded since then and has opened up a great deal of space on the open floor. If you live near by I highly recommend this place.

Front desk ladies are awesome. Always taking care of me and on top of things. I’ve had Lesa and Trisha for massage therapy and they are both different in their approaches and both very effective and make me feel very comfortable. The experience has been awesome in helping maintain my pain and work through some of the more acute issues that arise. They are both very knowledgeable. I love the different approaches and tools that Trisha offers in sessions (always asking permission to make sure I am okay with the tools used) and how much she can educate me on the body (I am curious and like to ask questions) I definitely feel that with these two women, you are in good hands.

Brandon and Shannon were my PT team. I really think the combination of their perspectives was helpful. I came in with weakness in my legs due to some back problems and they started me slowly focusing on building core muscles to support my hips and lower spine. I have lived with back pain and sciatica most of my life so it was great when I could do the dishes again but best of all was being able to ski! Plus never shamed when I did not do all my home exercises! Clean place, nice friendly staff all around.

I had a great experience with this physical therapy team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and truly cared about my recovery. The therapist took the time to explain each exercise and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. They created a treatment plan tailored to my needs, and I noticed steady improvement with each visit. The clinic was clean, organized, and easy to schedule with. I really appreciate their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care and results. Shout out to Kamilah! :-)

I am a repeat customer. Why? Well, my body is falling apart in bits and pieces... but why do I return to Anchot Physical Therapy? Ease of making appointments, the locations are easily accessible, with lots of parking, and both locations are by bus transfer centers, with access to multiple buses. Then there is the kindness shown by every single member of the staff, the fact that the Physical therapists listen to you and your concerns, and the fact that they tailor your therapy to your life. An example of therapy being tailored to my life is that I sew a lot. Not one person at Anchor Physical Therapy has suggested that I quit sewing. (That happened at a different clinic.) Instead, they worked to find ways to incorporate exercises and stretches into my routine. Since my entire retiremen
