Amy Kruger

I arrived on time for my first appt with Dr. Kruger, but was rudely turned away by the receptionist because I was not 30 mins early. I do not recall being advised to arrive 30 mins early when I booked the appointment. I explained that I was a new patient, I had taken an Uber to arrive, and was in pain. I expressed that I would appreciate some courtesy given I was on time and still the receptionist was dismissive. I believe they were overbooked and were unwilling to treat me due to poor planning. I will not be returning to the practice.

I had been seeing Dr Freddie Kruger for over a month. What should have been a simple wart removal has turned into a nightmare for the bottom of my toe. First appointment was good. No pain no nothing. 2weeks later I go back for the follow up. She again treated the area. This was a Thursday. By Sunday my toe was so swollen and in so much pain I went to my primary. They put me on antibiotics. I called the office and they didn’t care to see it or want me to be scene earlier than my next appointment. So I waited. Went back at my next appointment. She looked at it and determined not to treat it again. Great. Sent me on my way. Told me that if in 2 weeks come back if not any better. So I called today as I still can’t put any pressure on it and when I do it’s very painful. Her nurse Shirley called

Challenge to the staff. Useing a Scalpel, cut a small circle in the side of your foot. Then another concentric circle to remove some skin. DEEP enough so it will bleed. Take Tylenol for the pain. Does it relieve the pain or just reduce the volume of your scream?

Dr. Kruger has been excellent as a surgeon and for followup. She is very professional and attentive. I could not imagine going to another physician for complete foot care.

Dr. Amy Kruger was fantastic. She paid really close attention to my story, took time to explain her thoughts, and made me feel really good about a treatment plan moving forward. I would strongly recommend her! The whole team there was great.
