The doctor is fine. But the billing department and front desk is really painful. They overcharged us upfront over $900 that we have to spend time to get it refunded. They refused to submit a claim that is covered by my insurance because they have my daughter to sign the waiver not to submit that item. For a simple wisdom tooth extraction, I have to spend a lot of time to get my money refunded

Exactly one week ago, I had my top two wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Shihabi and his team were friendly, professional, patient, and caring. I was extremmmmely nervous the day of my procedure but it went as smooth as it could be; it went better than I expected! The team walked through every step with me before I went down. Huge s/o to Sky and Megan in the front and thank you soooo much Sky for answering all 101 questions that I had about the procedure, insurance, and her personal experience with Dr. Shihabi. I would recommend any and everyone to work with such a special team, thank you soooo much for taking good care of me!

Dr Shihabi was vey professional, I had a wonderful experience, I was anxious initially and postponing my treatment plan, but he set my anxiety at ease, the office staff were very professional and I am very happy with the result. I highly recommend Dr S and the practice.

Dr Shihabi is as good as they come. Professional, honest and very knowledgeable. I came to him nervous about getting lip fillers for the first time, now I wouldn’t trust anyone besides him. Would highly recommend him to anyone!
