AM/PM Urgent Care with Englewood Health at North Bergen

The staff is always great. Everyone is very professional and welcoming. However the wait time was BRUTAL. During cold and flu season this particular facility may wish to staff more providers to see people because I was waiting to be seen for over an hour. Nonetheless, once I was brought in the staff was very empathetic and understanding. They were very efficient and thorough. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because no one wants to wait over an hour to be seen when they’re sick.

They took me in right away, and the consultation was very professional. They submitted the required prescriptions to my pharmacy, and I picked them up on the way home. Now, 24 hours later, I'm feeling much better. I highly recommend this clinic. Also, it was interesting that this clinic is located in the same building that I played video games in with my friends forty years ago.

Helpful and pleasant welcome at reception. Waiting time was not long at all. Pleasing and caring nurse with excellent bedside manners! Very sweet. Doctor was also caring, and took time to listen patiently during examination. My son recommended AM/PM by saying that everyone is very nice. I concur. Thank you.

My doctor visit was great! I love going to this Urgent Care. The staff are very nice and atmosphere nice and clean. My physician was so sweet and very informative. Will always pick this location as my first choice to go.

Although there wasn’t much they could do for my daughter’s cough, We’ve had a quick and pleasant visit. Waiting didn’t take long and I was able to input all info online. No hassle, seamless and efficient. The nurse was extremely warm welcoming which made our visit extra enjoyable. We will definitely be back if needed.
