The 2 stars is more for the staff of the building they saw me having trouble walking no one offered to help me or nothing. The uber driver dropped me off at the back of the building the Urgent care was in the front. But the security the building staff just kept telling me go outside up the stairs. The urgent care staff was great except the receptionist she gave ROBOT mode. Erica the PCT was so helpful and engaged in her job actually showed empathy and I felt she cared. Tiffany was great as well showed compassion and concerned was very detailed when explaining what was the treatment plan and how I should continue to seek medical attention. They Tiffany and Erica would round on me periodically to make sure my pain was getting better Thank you ladies.

Horrible experience. Seriously think twice about coming here. Just go to Prompt Care downtown, it's worth whatever extra time or money you need to spend to get there if you're not close. Made an appointment early this morning around 2am for my extremely sick girlfriend. We were both really concerned she had pneumonia. She had a 102.6 fever, was coughing up brown phlegm, chills, etc. So we were of course concerned it was bacterial and developing into something worse. Arrived at 7:55am. A cold, angry looking woman came to open the doors at 8am. We were standing outside in the cold literally a foot from the door and she unlocked the doors, didn't even look at us, didn't open the door for us, and just walked away. Came inside to check in, she continued to be extremely cold and unfriendly. Did

Had a very mixed appointment on 3/1/26. First off, Dr. Nicolle Segarra was very kind, caring and professional! Sadly the assistant who took my vitals beforehand was extremely apathetic and condescending. Her demeanor was so rude and awful that I considered walking out of the appointment because I thought the doctor would be terrible too. It is absolutely shameful to be rude to patients that are clearly ill and worried about their health. The receptionist was also late to arrive, rude and astonishingly uncaring. I would’ve rather checked myself in with a malfunctioning AI agent than having interacted with her at all. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in an urgent care. This urgent care was visibly dirty from the carpets to the actual exam rooms. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt again but never again and I mean it never again. This place had me waiting for 3 hrs on a Sunday while in pain. Once I was seen by this supposed nurse practitioner who was very condescending while expressing my pain, made it seemed as though he did not want to deal with my situation. He was sloppy at explaining the issue at hand and told me that I had to wait again so he could see 2 more patients while I was in the exam room. I waited another hour and once it was 9pm I made my mind up to leave (keep in mind I’ve been waiting since 6:10pm/FYI appts don’t matter in thi
