This Place is terrible, my mom had the worse experience here! Please don’t ever take your loved ones here! My mom was transported to this place on a Tuesday Early evening, her aid did not know that she was there. I basically took care of my mom along with the LPN’s help on duty that day numerous times to use the bathroom clean up ECT after chasing down staff her nurse finally returned back to the facility still didn’t know anything about my mom who has had a major surgery, came into the room and put two pampers on my mom and stated that she will remove them before she leaves so she doesn’t lose her job after I left at 9 o’clock that evening I returned at 7:50 in the morning asked my mom how she used the bathroom all night and she just said she peed on herself all night spoke with the admin

My stay at Amoroso Woodridge was only temporary while I recovered, but it ended up meaning more to me than I expected. When you first hear “nursing home,” you imagine a cold place where people just sit around waiting for the day to pass. That honestly wasn’t my experience here. The staff actually made an effort to get to know me as a person, not just a patient. The nurses were patient and kind, especially on the days when I was frustrated with my recovery. They checked in often and explained things in a way that made me feel comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail more than anything.

I do not recommend this place for your loved ones. My loved one was in there for 4 days an they did absolutely nothing for him. Walked in to find a pillow on the floor with urine all over it. He was in so much pain an so cold after asking for another blanket for 24 hours an not getting one until I went in. When I confronted the nurse she stood there arms folded an laughed saying we are short staff an I will not hurt myself for any one of my patients. When clearly no one wants anyone to hurt themselves but it was more of an inconvenience for her just being there. After asking for a supervisor she walked out an said I HATE MY JOB! When confronted with that she said no I said I love my job. Which clearly she did not say that. I asked for the manager an was told I dont know where she is or who

Grandmother went in beginning of November and is finally heading to a different place for rehab. They did good with her pt but everything else severely lacks in professionalism, patient care, and time management. Calls into nurses station and truthfully anyone other than the receptionist will take multiple phones calls of just ringing before someone answers. My grandmother was left in her mess multiple times and claims one night they took her call bell. Personally have witnessed lack of compassion while changing a patient who was scared and confused on what was happening. My grandmother is allergic to mayo and a couple of weeks into her stay they started giving her food with mayo. On Thanksgiving lucky I brought in food for her for thanksgiving dinner since she was given green beans and

DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!! no patient care, cohereint patients being abused with no food or drink, no help with call buttons, while a patient lays in bed waiting for help. Office of Aging needs to be called along with the BBB. Shame on the nurses who state there are no pain meds, due to no shipment.
