I have been going to this office for years, and the only reason I keep coming back is because Dr. Pinto is amazing with my children. But I can't say I feel the same about the staff. They always sound like they don't want to be at work. Their voices are dragging as you talk to them. And they just sound rude like someone ruined their day. I'm sorry, but I have been working in a professional environment since I can remember, and I would never show up to work and make my patients feel unwanted in the office. They need to get it together. Either grow up and speak accordingly or find a job that suits your attitude.

Doctor Pinto is the most disgusting, distasteful, unprofessional discriminating physician that I ever came across . My daughter was a long time patient here ever since birth. The previous physician who was caring for my child had no issues with my child she took my concerns before seriously as a caring physician should . Sadly she had to leave and pinto had to take over. Once pinto came in the office everything just went downhill she does not take into consideration about any of my concerns I have as a parent she just disregards everything and starts to judge . She gives her personal non helpful opinions about my child. I had to withdraw my daughter from the care of Doctor pinto because of her careless distasteful behavior. My child's appointment was schedule for 2:30 surprisingly we have been sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes. They claim the dont see walk-ins and you have to make a appointment. What is the point if were going to have to sit and wait past the appointment time. Mind you I made her appointment earlier this month and they called to reschedule...no problem... but you want us to be on time or the appointment has to be canceled. Definitely looking for a new doctor. Now we go from waiting 30 minutes in the lobby to 30 minutes in the room. Poor service.

Man, even if I did want to go through the trouble of going into the office to get release forms as new patient before even making an appt- I would not just based off being hung up on. People in medical care need a reality check on customer service and understand that consumers have the right to ask questions- if that’s even the reason for being hung up on. 2 red flags in the first 2 minutes? No thank you.

I️would honestly give this practice 0 stars if I could. Since the death of Dr. Ram the professionalism and Care for patients has decreased substantially. Your child will be seeing a new doctor every visit , they’ll over charge you and your insurance and make up excuses on why you have yet received your payment( I’ve been waiting on a $50 refund since 2014).My 9 yr old has been a patient since 2008 and I’ve finally had enough of the subpar care. If you value your child’s overall health and well being,i would strongly advise seeking care else where.
