Dr. Patel was very helpful. She took the time to ruled out issues that were going on with my eye which gave me the impression that she truly cares about her patients. She has great knowledge in what she does which made me feel that I was in good hands. She also has a great personality and made me laugh which is wonderful because going to the doctor is never a pleasant experience for anyone but she made best of it and I felt comfortable and relaxed. I wish all doctors had a good personality and would treat all their patients like Dr. Patel does. Other doctors I have experienced are too serious, never make eye contact with you, and just see you as another insurance claim. I will definitely come back to Dr. Patel. Thank you for making my visit a pleasant one.

Dr. Patel is nice and professional and answered all of my questions. She pointed out that I have macular degeneration and small cataracts and scheduled me for another exam in 6 months. Her assistants were also extremely nice. Thank you, Dr. Patel.

She was very thorough, detailed and energetic. Her staff really sealed the deal, they are very professional, diligent, pay attention to detail and most importantly personable. They made us feel like we were the only patient and that is very important and special. Please recognize these great employees, these are your front line people and they represented your company very well.

She does a good job and is thorough. My only problem is she talks and moves a little too fast. Her voice is soft and I have a hard time understanding her speech. I will advise her of my problem on my next visit.
