Dr. Kawasaki is an amazing surgeon. She is very understanding, patient with you in office when you have questions, thorough in explaining procedures, possible complications and giving you a chance to ask questions. Not once did she make me feel rushed and not heard. Her bedside manner was very gentle and kind. Overall a great experience with her entire staff. I originally went to her in 2019 but was afraid of surgery. I just had surgery and regret 100% not having it back in 2019. I feel like I have gotten my life back and it’s all thanks to Dr. Kawasaki!

Dr Amy Kawasaki and her staff are top notch in their medical field! She is very attentive to all my needs and concerns. I’ve always felt at ease talking to her about my medical health! Dr. Kawasaki and her team felt like family to me before my surgery even began! Consider yourself blessed, if you get Dr. Amy Kawasaki! For she is one of DUKE’s HEALTH #1 Drs. in my opinion!!

While she is very knowledgeable, her bedside manner is cold and disconnected. She was unwilling to discuss and try to problem solve with me on my issue. I’ve since been seen by 3 other providers all of whom showed compassion, concern, and a willingness to help figure out what’s wrong. I went to duke expecting to be seen by the best and left disappointed in the quality of care received from the whole practice.

Dr. Kawasakie is very professional . Very helpful that she speaks two languages.
