I spoke with Michelle today and she is absolutely amazing. She is kind and patient and works to get issues resolved that I had with my patient portal. Such a friendly caring practice.

The most kind and compassionate and professional staff and Drs I’ve had the pleasure of working with in my 47 years on this earty! I’ve spent a lot of time in dr office with many health issues from migraines to neck injuries and have definitely had a lot of experience from the mediocre to the abysmal and negligent lets just say I don’t want to remember those past experiences. But from the start here at Amherst Family Practice has throughout the last few months I have experienced had the most caring compassionate and professional staff through some struggles I’m having and even as I’ve struggled with how to verbalize what was going on and explain my health issues,the patience and help I’ve received from staff like the office manager Tonya, to the PA Caitlyn,who has been so extremely suppor

I’ve been receiving care here for years. Once you are an established patient, making appointments is a breeze. I recently saw a new doctor at the practice, Dr Waltos. He was very compassionate & informative. Everyone who I’ve seen here is fantastic, however. The only thing I don’t love is that since Covid, they won’t see you when you are sick. I have to go to Urgent Care where I always receive subpar care.

Had to see the PA Mariah Cluss last minute one day and from the receptionist Keana, the nurses Faith and Jennifer, to the provider Mariah, everyone was fantastic. Mariah took her time and made sure to not make me feel rushed or pressured. I really feel like I’m in great hands with her care. Friendly, professional, and skilled. Can’t recommend her enough!!

I recently had my first appointment at Amherst Family Practice. I saw April St. Laurent. She is a great listener, knowledgeable, and incredibly sweet! I highly recommend her!
