Amerita Specialty Infusion Services - Oklahoma City

Used to be great as far as nutrition delivery however since the change it's like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone to reorder supplies. Luckily I was able to get an email and hopefully this works but it is very frustrating, you have to be available whenever they call but that's not always feasible if you work.

I've been having infusions for the last several years, and this was my first visit to the facility. What an outstanding experience and staff. I've been in healthcare myself as a provider for forty years and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience there.

This is the second week of being home. Home health nurse should have been here on this Monday, no show. When my husband called said they would be here in Tuesday. On Tuesday a psych nurse came was here, maybe 10 min. Wednesday a lab nurse came. She was awesome and ask why we had wrapped his arm with tape at the top and bottom of the bandage that holds the PICC line in your arm. When she found out it was cuz it was peeling off cuz they hadn't been here in a week and a half she fixed it for us. God bless her. I wish I could remember her name but she was awesome. As far as the rest of it we've dealt with. We wish we could change companies.

I dont remember the nurses name but she was so sweet with an awesome bedside manor! Yesterday was my husbands first infusion so naturally he was a little nervous. He had a reaction to his infusion and the nurse talked him through it and made us both feel comfortable the whole time. Hopefully the Tulsa location will be just as good. Thank you for making his first experience the best.

Absolutely phenomenal!!! I have been doing home subcutaneous infusions. Lori has become a friend. Today I started IV infusions. Very comfortable area. Whitney & Rose are so kind and helpful. I actually enjoyed being there even though I had to have IV!
