Worst company I ever dealt with. And because they are dealing with infusions their incompetence is dangerous. Among their many mistakes they delivered equipment with no instruction and there were pieces of equipment missing. Despite the numerous disasters I am in bed and potentially safe so will continue to enumerate the terrible experience tomorrow. Photo below is of power chord that is not complete. I’ve been using Amerita over a year. Overall a good experience, I was having challenges with getting medicine in time for my infusion at first but after speaking with my representative Philip about giving me a courtesy call, he started calling me 2 weeks before my infusion date to schedule delivery. He’s also been helpful with insurance issues and problems that have occurred. Being able to infuse at home has been very convenient!

I just wanted to start off by saying thank you to Lisa Singh. She has been my go to for all my medication needs. She is very helpful and quite delightful to work with. She not only goes out of her way to make sure I’m well taken care of, but my deliveries are always on time. Thank you to Lisa. One of a kind.

We were assigned to Marina in Staten Island for both training and support for IV antibiotics. Because of Marina's commitment to provide excellent care to her patients, we truly did have an excellent experience. This company is so lucky to have such an excellent care giver in their team. This is my first, and God willing my last, experience with home iv needs. I would recommend Marina and ANY company she decided to work for. Thank you again Marina for your kindness, attention to detail, commitment to excellence and for being such a credit to your company. You are truly a rare find these days, someone who will fight for what is best for the patient and someone who does what she says she will do - take excellent care of her patients.

Absolute worst specialty pharmacy I have dealt with. Pharmacist doesnt answer phone. It took 5 phone calls and kept on hold 20 mins or more each call, and reaching out to my Drs office just to get medication refill. Optum better!!! 9/21/24 Here we are 8 weeks later and still the same!
