Our experience with Amerita in Duluth has been positive. Team member, Mia has been most professional and helpful. Demonstrating compassion and care during this difficult journey. With each conversation and follow through, she has exceeded expectations giving more than required. We believe the Lord is using her to bring comfort through confidence to patients while meeting their medical needs and we are grateful. To the company, Amerita….do whatever it takes to keep her!

I recently moved to Georgia, and the whole team at Ameritas' branch in Atlanta have made the whole process seamless so I could continue to receive the infusion pharmacy services I required. Ammanueal the Pharmacy Director is the epitome of good customer service which has become increasingly difficult to find in the healthcare field post COVID! He's not only takes the time to listen to my questions and answer them, but also advocated for me.

This morning I received my third incorrect delivery, which was a replacement for the second incorrect delivery, which was a replacement... All I want are Enteric Feeding Bags with a large bore, which Ameritas has provided in the past. They keep sending me Feeding Pump Connectors, which we don't use. I even read the part number off the feeding bag, but that didn't help. No one seems to care and they won't take back the cartons of incorrect parts they've already delivered. I guess I'm going to have to order the bags from Amazon and deal with the insurance company directly. OMG - Avoid these clowns if you possibly can.

Extremely Professional Courteous Knowledgeable and Compassionate Staff helping me thru a difficult health time. So comforting to have such fantastic people and service when it is needed most! A big thank you especially to Sarah for all her time and efforts to ensure I had the medicine and supplies needed.

I have received their service twice and they are helpful, had my prescriptions delivered quick and everyone has been kind as well
