So you know, I have never worked at Amerimed, nor received any compensation from them. In fact, been a patient of Amerimed for over 12 years. I am 100% disabled and rely on them for most everything. If I am being honest, if they were even 1% less knowledgeable, accurate, thoughtful etc. I wouldn't be alive today. They have made mistakes in the past, they are human after all, but they have ALWAYS apologized and more importantly fixed the problem immediately, even if doing so came at an extra expense for them. Another reviewer mentioned that they weren't polite/ respectful etc., in my 12 years that has NEVER been the case for me. They have always been polite, respectful etc. I am not sure what happened in the case of the other reviewer, but I know that the disabled often expect extra,

The people here could definitely be a lot friendlier and helpful. When people are sick or disabled even if they are on Medicaid or Medicare, that does not mean they do not deserve respect and kindness. I wish people understood this and that when you see a Senior Citizen, you should be EXTRA courteous because that will be you one day!

Friendly staff, very helpful and above all get the medication out to me very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone!
