Had the misfortune of relying on a nurse to deliver some medical equipment for my newborn. They coordinated with my wife to deliver between 2:30 and 3pm, which was all she was waiting for to be discharged. Only after asking where they were, were we informed that they wouldn't be there until after 4. A "terrific" nurse named Allison called us to tell us that someone would be there "as soon as possible". When I asked what that meant in addition to the hour we'd already been delayed, she very rudely faulted an emergency situation for the delay. Then called the hospital to complain about the frustration I expressed, that they had caused.
