Had a very good experience. Maddie was very helpful, explaining the hearing aid options. Never felt rushed or intimidated. Glad to have chosen this place to go when I learned I needed a hearing aid.

Updated: 9/23/25 - As you can see from the response from business owner they blame it on insurance billing. However, after looking at our bill they billed for two office visits, and we were never told it was an ESTIMATED cost depending on what insurance approved. Even though you give the front office person your insurance card upon arrival and they can determine what billing codes are sent and what aren't when checking on coverage. Do not recommend this provider unless you want surprise bills 4-6 months after your visit. This place tells you pricing after running your insurance and any discounts available on products they are currently marketing. Six months later you receive a bill for $600 more because they forgot to add something to the bill. When you call and talk to the office personn

The Dr. knew exactly what to do to fix my hearing issues. They are very professional. My needs we more than met!

Easy to set up an appointment that worked for me. Dr was very helpful in the selection of hearing aid types. Found a pair that I can actually afford. The 2 week wait is hard but I’m anxious to be able to hear my grandchildren again.

Very helpful and informative. I feel comfortable calling with any questions or concerns at anytime.
