On 08/08/2024 I ordered an injection carring case along with another item. The other item arrived in a few days but the carrying case was missing. After an exchange of numerous calls and emails, American Medical devices refused to issue a refund or offer a replacement. I find it hard to believe an organization entrusted to provide health supplies would take this position. What ever happened to "The customer is always right" motto.
