We had an earache and thought we would go to urgent care since it was the weekend. Our wait was very fast and our nurse and doctor were very nice and seemed very helpful. I’m hoping I will feel better soon! I would recommend this urgent care.

I went to the AFC Urgent Care for my DOT physical last Thursday. I had the physical the same day as my CDL permit test. I did the physical, everything was fine. 4 hours later I had my permit test and passed but the DMV couldn't issue my permit because the physical wasn't uploaded to the system yet. I thought oh well that's my bad, I shouldn't have waited and done my physical the same day. The DMV says "well those are supposed to be uploaded to the system same day and if they're not, the doctor should be reported." I didn't want to do that so I just waited. 24 hours go by, I call the DMV and it's still not in the system. I call the urgent care and they say "well we got really busy so it could be 48 hours." That was Friday so I thought we'll damn, guess I will just wait for Monday. Monday co

Mold on the ceiling can be seen from the chair directly in front of the bathroom. Was there 15 minutes before my appointment, was not seen until an HOUR AND A HALF after my appointment time. I’ve never had a good experience here, the people are nice enough, but couldn’t be any less helpful. Paid my co pay, waited 2 hours and had to leave because I had work. I didn’t get seen even when I had an appointment, was early and came with all necessary paperwork. Won’t be coming again, would rather be in pain.

I had an appoitment scheduled for 10:30AM. I arrived on time, but I waited for nearly 2 hours. Due to prolonged wait and my own schedule, I had to leave before ever being seen. Why offer a certain buiness model and take payment upfront, if you're not going to adhere to your own program? That's completely unacceptable. It's extremely easy to schedule online, but what's the point of allowing patients to pre-book appointments if you're going to skip around? People who had appointments after me, were seen before me. I was bumped down and out of order, twice. Walk-in patients were seen before me. I am very dissatified with the service.

Have been rushed out with a misdiagnosis not once but TWICE here. First time I went, I was so nauseous that I barely ate anything for two weeks and had lost about 15 pounds. They said it was acid reflux and prescribed me famotidine. Later found out I had stomach ulcers. The second time, my boyfriend was displaying flu like symptoms and was doing pretty bad so we came back here. Had super high fevers, vomiting, pain, all of it. He tested negative for Flu A, B, and Covid. They decided to just treat it like the flu since “it sounds like the flu”. Ended up at the emergency room the next day and he has PNEUMONIA!! They are too worried about rushing people out to actually listen to their issues and diagnose the right thing. Will not be returning.
