I traveled 30+ minutes to this location today just so I can be greeted my Meg, the front desk receptionist. I had a such a great experience the last time I visited this urgent care, and today was no different. From the moment you walk in, Megan is always SO warm, friendly, and helpful to patients. She and the Rocky Hill AFC medical team makes everything smooth and stress-free, which instantly puts you in a great mood. Thank you for the excellent service, and thank you Megan for being you! I did not have an appointment but was seen rather quickly. Everyone, including the receptionist, Keith, the attending physician and his assistant Melissa were all very professional and cordial. I got my results quickly and was very satisfied with my visit. I would highly recommend this facility.

All the staff was very helpful for a post operative issue. They were very understanding and compassionate in my treatment. Keith was excellent.

The front desk staff was very rude. She misplaced my insurance card and blamed it on me. Then when she found it under her desk she apologized to us. I filled up all the paperwork for my appointment well before my appointment but it still took so long to check us in due to goof up by front desk staff. Our appointment was great and quick but the. When we were waiting for discharge papers I got a text message to check my papers but I could not login due to error in the detail I entered. The. I asked for physical papers and Front desk lady got mad and said please sit she will come with papers. When I check the papers my kid’s last name was spelled wrong that’s why I was not able to access the papers online. I would request them to please be little more professional about the papers and respect

When I arrived at 10:15 am, the waiting room was close to full capacity ( 3 seats available. I checked in and sat. About 15 minutes later another client came.He was told that the provider was sick and that he would have to go to another AFC location. Maybe Southington, or Vernon because they are no longer taking clients for the rest of the day. Thinking that that was odd, because no sign was posted, and no one was wearing a mask. Usually, when people are sick they stay home.I waited to see what happened next. There was no offical communication from the desk saying, that if you need mask we have them availiable for you to protect yourself. We did hear that Someone got sick and the wait will be longer to the next client and everyone after. I was the last one to be seen. I entered room 6,
