Have always had a positive experience here. The visit was quick without feeling rushed. NP Landon Dutton is very knowledgeable and kind, took time to listen and explain thoroughly, and made sure I left with a clear plan for treatment. I’m very thankful for the care I received and definitely recommend this clinic.

January 15th, I gave 5 stars. Very quick, efficient and overall great care. Diagnosed a very common infection. Was given an antibiotic. Took the full round of antibiotics perfectly. January 26th my symptoms returned very slightly so I called to get a different or stronger antibiotic. They said because there was a different provider there that day that it would require another $180 co pay. So basically, zero follow up care? We know what the problem was and is. Lab test confirmed it. Not worsening symptoms just returning. So zero follow up care is crazy to me. Even Telehealth has follow up care. Update: I did go back to see the original NP and she is helping me get relief. Trying one last round of antibiotics. If it doesn’t work, they will refer me to a specialist. Much better follow up car

Front desk lady wanted patient to call insurance when that’s medical billing job, got loud for no reason, just really condescending atmosphere. After reading other comments I’m surprised everyone complained about the exact same person and similar experiences with her and nothing has been done is beyond me I’ve never yelled at a customer at any of my places of work.

Would be zero stars if I had the option. Went to this clinic to have my foot xrayed after being in pain for over a month after all 5 of my pets stepped on the same foot within 3 weeks. There was one single person waiting ahead of me and a total of 2 cars (including mine) in the parking lot. Waited two hours to see the doctor(?) for less than 7 minutes. I'm honestly unsure of his title because he never introduced himself. I asked for his name at the end. Mr Ken didn't even look at my foot before ordering an xray of a single toe. As the xray tech is cropping down the xrays of my whole foot to show a single toe, she asked me on the last slide "which toe is it again?" Then as I'm leaving, Ken made a crude attempt at humor. I really want to give this place 5 * because the Dr's and nurses are absolutely AMAZING here!! Which is why I came back. But the last 3x I've been here for my son or myself that front desk lady has never been kind to anyone! She does not have any customer service skills. I feel AWFUL for these older people coming in who are so confused and can't get any help. 3 people walked out when I was here this last time and she made a snarky remark and didn't care. These people were begging for help and she wouldn't even reply. Told them to look in their phones and that's it. It seems to get worse everytime I come, I just don't know if the good outweighs the bad anymore. Please replace that women and save your business.
