I spoke with Haleigh about a referral issue, and instead of cutting me short or making me figure out the issue, she was more than helpful. She had the issue solved in minutes that I had waited weeks for. 10/10 professionalism! Thank you

The staff was wonderful and care was quick, easy, thorough, and so kind/understanding. I felt like I was in good hands with both nurses and practitioners. The online check in and paperless document process could possibly be confusing for folks that aren’t as used to technology, but for those of us who use our phones for everything now the process made things extremely painless. I was a little late for my scheduled check in, but I waited about 45 minutes before being seen. My only major complaint with that was that the waiting room was very cold.

They were polite but after my pharmacy told me it would take days for pre-approval for the specific drug to be approved I was ghosted. Called 3 times to have a different drug prescribed. There is no excuse for this. I was just blatantly ignored.

Apparently if you use a card to pay your copay, they keep your card on file (although I specifically designated in the paper work that I didn’t want to do that) and charge any unpaid portion without your authorization. Was alerted at 4:16 am of $120.50 charge that I wasn’t even provided a bill for. Contacted billing and they couldn’t care less. Zero empathy or understanding shown for my issue.

Came in for my appointment 10 minutes early and had to wait to be seen for almost another hour and a half. Finally got into a room and then had to wait yet another hour just for the doctor to come in. Nurse was very rude and overall this place was very slow and inattentive, very very poor experience. Do not recommend.
