I scheduled an appointment over the phone due to severe tooth pain. During the scheduling, I specifically said to the employee answering the phone that it needs to be extracted. I know my teeth are in bad shape and that dentures/implants are in my future. I don’t need a full assessment. I don’t need a consult. I have an immediate need for relief from the severe tooth pain I am experiencing. I need my problem tooth extracted. Employees are friendly and don’t treat you like a number, which is nice. Unfortunately, I don’t have any other positives to say about this visit. Turns out, I was scheduled for a day (for an EXTRACTION) that the oral surgeon is not at this office. OMG. This place is no good. They have kept making my appointment that I didn't know nor agree. But they charged my credit card and stolen my money. I called my credit card company and let them know my situation and reissue a new card so they can not get my money with scam like situation. I hate this place because I saw a dentist's and he let me get x rays and didn't show the x ray and just asked me to do crown my teeth. I went another dentist and he fixed it very easily and he said no need to crown my teeth.

Changed Dentists at beginning of year due to insurance requirements, ended up in this establishment with Dr. Male. Here's a summation of what Dr. Male's Office said I needed. Hygienist measured my teeth and stated that I needed a Scaling and Deep Cleaning or else I risk certain Gum Disease. Next, in came Dr. Male, who looked at my xrays and my teeth and explained that I needed 2 crowns. In addition, he also stated that I have a cavity and needed to have that tooth extracted. WHAT??? for a cavity?? Of course I was shocked since my prior Dentist NEVER said anything to the like. So I went back to my original Dentist and paid cash for 2 separate checkups. My original Dentist looked at what was written down on Dr. Male's treatment plan and laughed. My Dentist said you don't need a crow

North Wales American Dental makes you feel like family . The best part is you don't have to go to an oral surgeon,they do it all there. Very professional. I wish I could give them 10 stars

Friendly, professional and confident staff, that instills my confidence of receiving the expertise I would hope to expect. Simply put, this particular establishment from the start and today, has exceeded my expectations for a dentistry.
