American Dental Solutions | Lititz, PA

My tooth was hurting and they got me an appointment the same day to evaluate the issue. They accepted my insurance. The staff was super friendly and the dentist was so nice and professional but told me she is not normally at this location (sad). First impression looks clean needs some updating. I need to have my tooth pulled so will have to go to Lancaster location. I have had bad experiences with chains so only time will tell.

On the way there this morning, I checked the location via Google maps, and saw an online review giving this office 3 stars. I gulped, but needed to check it out. SO GLAD I DID! Everyone was professional, friendly, and they gave me more info about my teeth than any other dentist. Ever! The dentist was friendly, gentle, had a claming voice, and actually cared about my unique circumstance! This Lititz office is perfect.for me. Not high glam, just super competent, with all the latest gadgets and tech (my experience limited). For a dentist office, it wa nice. Staff was great, and the prices are refreshingly moderate. ADS Lititz is an upbeat dental practice. My dentist, Dr. Liang, struck up a ready rapport with me and reassured me, a medical professional, by narrating the procedure as he performed it. My "bite" has been better than ever before since Dr. Liang filled two cavities six months ago. I highly recommend ADS Lititz.

After a long time without dental care due to bad experiences from previous dentists in the past. I decided to give American Dental Solutions a try. I had my first appointment today. The office staff were nice, friendly and easy to talk to.The atmosphere in the waiting room was nice..but they could use a small fish tank in the area for the patients while they are waiting. 😉 Dr. Sayeed was fantastic! He explained my treatment plan in detail and was very understanding and respectful. He made sure my comfort was a top priority and made sure I was in no pain/discomfort during my whole visit. I had no pain today and I'm looking forward to continuing my treatment with Dr. Sayeed.

My appointment at American Dental Solutions went well.The Dental assistance treated me well and got me ready for my cleaning. The Dentist doing the cleaning was professional and informative. He commented on my personal hygiene of me taking care of my teeth and gums. The over all Doctor said I would need other work to keep things in good condition which I didn't expect to hear or expect more financial situations. Font desk was very helpful in preparation of expenses and the breakdown of procedures. Overall lm happy that I am doing my due diligence in my oral hygiene.
