American Dental of Cambridge

Two years ago I visited this dental, the hygienist decided that there was nothing to clean for my teeth and instead, they spent all the time convincing me to buy and customize a night guard with them, no dental cleaning was done at all! It was an unpleasant visit, 6 month after, i went to another dental, and the hygienist was shocked that American Dental told me that I didn’t need a cleaning back to 6 months ago, because apparently I need the 6-month regular cleaning, without following that, I had to do a deep cleaning. Be careful going to this dental and don’t trust them if they say no cleaning is needed.

From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The receptionists were courteous and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. The waiting area was comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long before being taken in for my appointment. The dental professionals here are second to none! The dentist, hygienists, and assistants demonstrated a level of expertise that put me completely at ease. Visit was great, place is clean, everyone was great especially Marie! She even gave me a toothbrush!

The front desk to dental hygienist to the dentist were all exceptional. They knew what my insurance would pay for and were able to give me a concise treatment plan. On top of that the music was great. Most importantly the dentist was attentive to my needs.
