If there were any more stars I would definitely give it to them. Doctor Vitale explained everything clearly, listened carefully and made me feel at ease about my procedure. He genuinely cares about your health and well being. Dr. Vitale is very knowledgeable, highly professional and thorough. From the receptionist to the nurse, everyone was welcoming and professional. I cannot thank Soren enough for the incredible care and kindness I received following my procedure. She went above and beyond by ensuring I was comfortable, hydrated, and mobile when necessary. Soren checked on me several times after to see how I was doing. Her attentive care made my recovery smooth and easy. I highly recommend Dr. Virale to anyone.

It is amazing service ,professionalism , and courteous manners at the location of 3250 Westchester Ave Bronx NY the secretaries Yvette , Jazmine , Melissa Lopez & Priscilla wonderful ,conscience and always willing to help the sick .. the nurses are truly dedicated all of them & answering all questions .. The group of interventional radiologist are very professional . Today, we saw Dr Gastone Crea he explains everything very well to patient and family members as per my husband he did not feel any pain. Kudos to everyone our compliments . Great facility clean, brigh and very friendly staff. Reception Otis very courteous and informative. The nurses are very helpful and make you feel comfortable and at ease they walk you through the procedure so you know what to expect.The Doctor explain how and what to expect during and after the procedure great bedside manner friendly and courteous.Overall a GREAT facility

The staff at American Access Bronx is very hands on and knowledgeable. From the reception desk to the back area where they treat patients, everyone was very helpful. My grandfather was pleased with the treatment and service he received. I would highly recommend American Access Bronx for advanced treatment needs for dialysis patients.
