Avoid at all costs! All you need to know: it took over an HOUR to get checked in. Two hours later, my wife gets called back. Two hours after that, she sees the doctor. If you have five hours to wait for a doctor; feel free to come and sit with the other poor souls. Otherwise, GO ELSEWHERE. I’m telling you, please find somewhere else. I wish someone would have told me about how terrible this experience was beforehand .

This place is less than 5 minutes from my home so out should be extremely convenient. I’ve stopped in 6 different times, each time for different ailments, and 5/6 times I’ve been told to go elsewhere because they can’t help me. The one time they did diagnose me with the flu they refused to sign my FMLA paperwork and referred me to my primary care physician. Which I would have visited instead IF I HAD ONE at the time. This place is completely useless unless you are hunting for Ozempic and/or a weed card, as they happily advertise outside of their building! God forbid you need an actual doctor, x ray, shot, diagnoses, etc, ya know, things an urgent care facility should do.

My husband took me to The Jacksonville location. I felt really weak with my muscles cramping when I stand up, A lot of coughing headaches, and my back hurt and sometimes I feel a stabbing pain on my right side when I breathe. Headache, dizzy, diarrhea, and could not eat anything for four days And I had like 10 cold sores around my lips. And I hear a weird crackling noise and bubbling noise when I lay down so I wanted to make sure I had no pneumonia, or wasn’t dehydrated x-ray machine was down, even though I asked for a breathing treatment because that helps me with the cough. The doctor said that I don’t need it. My lungs are clear.. but I tested positive for the flu. I asked for a prescription for a cold sore medicine. She said she will send it in to CVS. Had to go to urgent care today after being sick for the past week. Every person in this facility was genuinely kind and made my visit as comfortable as possible. The PA there Ed is so knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. My husband has also been here a few times in the past and he said they are always this nice. Great alternative to decomposing in the ER waiting room for sure!

Longest wait!! Currently sitting in the waiting room. It’s been 3 hours and counting. The nurse keeps saying how busy they are but hardly anyone has come in or been called back. Not sure what the hold up is, but if you would like to actually be seen, I suggest going somewhere else.
