Thank you! I had a psychiatrist visit but the doctor went over some other concerns relating to my family history and how to detect those issues in myself. Dr Romero addressed the core reason for my visit very thoroughly. He is very understanding and I felt very compassionate towards me in a holistic manner. He clearly cares a lot about patient well-being.

Used him through Telehealth (MedVidi) and he was the best physician I had while using that service. He listens to his patients and doesn't make me feel judged. I appreciate the work he does and the care he provides for his clients. Saw Romero for a year but only had three appointments because he gave refills. When it was time for a follow up I booked three different appointments with him because I was informed it was important to keep the same provider but he never showed up and I waited 1.5 hours each time. No explanation or apology ever issued. Now I’m having to search last minute for a new provider to refill my prescription. If you’re looking into him because a telemedicine service booked him for you, ask for a different doctor.
