I did a sleep study and was diagnosed with sleep apnea. Erwin sent an order for a CPAP machine to Aerocare. The order was incorrect. Aerocare attempted to contact her multiple times to correct the order. I emailed her through the Lex Clinic Portal and asked her to correct the order. No one received a response. Then the Lex Clinic tells me I must repeat the sleep study and do another in office visit as the original order is too old. In my 2nd visit, Erwin says, How is your CPAP machine? She never looked at the purpose of the visit, I was back to square one. She denied receiving my email. Then stated that it went to someone else. Finally she said she had updated the order. None of this was true. Go elsewhere for any kind of sleep issues! The magnitude of ineptitude is exponential with this p

Horrible place. Scheduled the appointment in December, I forgot the time so I called the week before the appointment to verify the time, I get an automated message the day before my appointment confirming my appointment, but then I get an automated call the morning of my appointment saying it's been cancelled and I need to reschedule. I call and they say she's been out sick for 2 weeks. Ok, people get sick, things happen, not a big deal. But then they tell me their earliest spot is in April in 2 more months. Their response is to put everyone to the back of the line. Why not tell me a week ago when I called "Just so you know she's been out sick. She should be back by then, but we wanted to let you know." Why confirm my appointment the day before? They can't even call to tell you and resch
