Ambassador Healthcare at College Park

Had an outstanding experience with all of the staff, especially the admissions department. The staff was all around professional, attentive, and compassionate. The facility itself was exceptionally clean, welcoming, and organized which made us feel valued and respected as soon as we arrived. The level of expertise and dedication from all healthcare professionals truly reflected the high-quality care this facility demonstrates. The admissions team was very helpful! the facility was very clean and welcoming when i came in for the first time to visit. the therapy room is very big and clean, its nice seeing the residents getting up and work with the therapist

I stayed here for 15 days for rehab and the staff was fantastic. Some nights seemed longer than others, but I am so glad I went with Ambassador to get better. Now I am home and happier than ever!

Had an appointment, and was sitting there for an hour and nobody ever came out to apologize, they just wanted to reset, like my time was worth nothing. Very unprofessional. I wonder if that is how they treat patients?

I would never recommend this rehab center to anyone. From the very beginning, it was clear that the staff, especially the nurses, were completely unprepared and unqualified to provide proper care. They did not seem to know what they were doing, and their lack of basic knowledge was alarming. The environment itself was unsanitary and far below the standard anyone should expect from a medical facility. Hygiene was neglected, and it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. What’s even worse is the negligence and unethical behavior I witnessed. Patient needs were ignored, safety protocols were not followed, and there was no real concern for well-being.
