When they are refusing an empty trailer, they don't let us stay there. If you don't want the empty trailer, why not tell ROC that before we get there?

This location isn't a bad place. However I do have some issues. First off, I'm a Carrier, I had a load going to this particular location however, when I arrived at the address they gave me, it wasn't the correct address. So after asking some locals, and speaking with my dispatch, and one of the receiving managers at the facility, I was able to locate it. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I was unloaded very quickly. In and out in a very short period of time.

Been here inside the cage at shipping 15 minutes. No one here. So disrespectful
