I wish everyday I would have done my research on Dr. Evans and the hospital’s NICU. My grandson passed away and not even a doctor on the unit. Only a NP with at least 12 babies in the NICU. So many other things I could list but not sure if I can on social media. Just wanted to share because I don’t feel like in a NICU or any critical care unit that NP’s should be taking care of our love ones and overseeing their care. Yes a doctor has to make rounds and sign off but it’s still not the same. When we got the call we were at least 25 mins away and when we arrived I asked “where is the doctor” I was told “she has been notified and is on her way” Such a sad situation. Also, nurses and admin were very, very unprofessional and lack of sympathy and compassion. All we were told was “some babie
