i’ve always had amazing experiences with this clinic but today grounded my gears, i called ahead saying i was on my way back from working in blacksburg and id be there to pick up my glasses and they said it would be great so long as i was there before 5. i got there at 4:58 hoping to get my new glasses and the doors were locked and a person in there glared at me, checked their watch, and walked away, so i went back to my car to grab my phone to call them and say i was the person who called previously and they hung up on me. ridiculous.

Always a pleasant experience, every single year. Amanda Brewer and her team are amazing. I'm grateful. Highly recommend.

Incredibly slow service. I definitely will not be returning. I despise people who don't value time, yet expect it of patients.
