Walgreens Pharmacy

I've used this pharmacy for years, before it merged with & became Walgreens. A year ago, I would have given them five stars Plus... 6 months ago I would have given them 4. They have always gone above and beyond for me and I have always been very grateful. But lately....idk... Not so much Where are all the folks who have been there for such a long time? I hope it's temporary, but I've noticed a big change and it's not for the better. I'm actually considering another pharmacy at this point. From 5 stars + down to 3. I don't typically give reviews unless I'm really impressed or really disappointed. Let's see where we go from here.

There's one woman who's worked in the pharmacy for years now that's just rude. She makes picking up my medicine so dreadful. I've noticed that others have complained about her as well. I've been going there for over two years and I can understand a few bad days but every month. I just try to smile and go on... Besides that, I'd give them 10 stars because I love the rest of the staff and prices.... Had to update. Giving 5 stars now. They have joined Walgreens and the staff has changed. Very friendly and organized, answers any questions, goes beyond, no problems what so ever. Picking up my meds the last 9 visits. Best pharmacy ever!!!

Rite aid is my favorite pharmacy The staff absolutely goes over & beyond with their customer service. It has got to be the cleanest & most well stocked store around. They a plenti Rewards partner which got my patio furniture basically free. Half last year & half this year. I find a lot of things there I can't find other places.

Since Rite Aid changed to Walgreens in January the service has become lousy! You can't control as it the Pharmacy by phone and they don't get your doctor to refill for you. I t has been a a hassle to get any of the things done that were done with no problems before it was changed over.All in as all it has become as problem to get s prescription taken care of! I think I'm going to have to find another drug store! S shame after all the years I've been with Rite zA id... Jack Hall Bland Virgi m.j ia

Friendly staff, quick pharmacy, free scheduled drive thru COVID tests. They don't take Medicaid at the pharmacy though. We had to switch to CVS.
