A.M. Pharmacy

Don’t even bother coming here if you want to wait for an hour for just a refill. They will keep calling you to tell you to pick up the refills. Once you’re there, still a wait of one hour. Service is trash here. Changed my pharmacy, forgot to tell the front desk at the clinic to change the pharmacy. So I called this pharmacy to cancel my order so I can pick it up at another pharmacy. They said no, the prescriptions are ready to be picked up. I said I don’t want to go there, just cancel my order. That lady gave me an attitude, refusing to cancel my prescription and said too bad, she is not going to cancel it and hung up my phone. Okay fine. Got there and still a wait of one hour even there is no one else.

They (That is one of their stores located at 219 Grand Street, New York, NY 10013 in Chinatown) allowed one of the other customers (the woman in the picture) to skip me on the line. I will not go there to purchase anything anymore. I asked the cashier how long I have to wait, but she didn’t answer me. I want to give 0 star.

Nothing to say about the service, but this shop has a friendly orange cat

Very bad attitude this pharmacy , 30min and up wait time , ask them to tell me a time so I can put coins in the meter for car , will not give me a estimated time , keeps telling me they are preparing and if I can’t wait to leave . Very nasty attitude

This service here was simply god awful. Just don’t go and never go for your own sake.
