Was a patient of Dr Pugnea for over 35 years. The staff as well as Dr Pugnea was always top notch….with that said I know that he is soon retiring and apparently all the great qualities they had for so many years has already done just that. I recently had a dental emergency over the weekend. Their phone number did not offer an after hours service like they did for the majority of the years I was a patient there, so I left a message. Come Monday morning my call was never returned and continued calling nonstop but was just getting a message that they were busy and I could leave a message. Which I did. Finally got through and talked to Pauline close to 10:00. She explained to me that she left me a voicemail which we determined she had misread my info and dialed a wrong number. She was not eve
Great dentist! new dentist seems very polite. Had a cleaning today and the new Hygienist was one of the kindest And thorough hygienist that I’ve ever had.
Dr. Pugnea cared for my Father-in-Law for many years. He is fair, honest and hard working. Cheers!!
