I have gone to “Altruix” since it was Ganse Apothecary and honestly it is going downhill by the day. I’m thoroughly disgusted by them. Things they had no problem doing before is suddenly a big issue - like filling prescriptions I had filled every single month for the past 7+ years now suddenly there is a problem doing that. Why for 7+ years could you fill my prescriptions every single month but now you can’t handle it? They haven’t even changed!! It’s not like they’re hard to get either. They’re all common generic medications that any pharmacy carries and none of them are on back order. I switched to your pharmacy specifically because of the individualized help you supposedly offered and that you would streamline my prescription filling and make things easier. That never did happen. Nice staff and pharmacists . Very convenient that the medicine can be delivered to you . Especially if you’re going through medical complications and conditions it’s a great option where they come to your door and hand it to you ! My man and I both get our medicines here . And he likes this pharmacy as well!

not much to say. started out well, thru different delivery driver's, then went to crap with one driver! horrible attitude about deliveries. Caught lying several times as to when they showed up! Delivery person needs to chill out Misreable attitude. Today marked the second time troubles with this individual! they have my insulin at the store want me to come and pick it up! 73 and mobility probs Wish to find a worthwhile business who does this work

I have been utilizing Ganse Apothecary for our family's prescription medications for nearly four years, and I'm very satisfied with their services. They are polite, kind, punctual, efficient, and they offer a stellar home delivery service!

Last time I went to pick up my meds I had a I misunderstanding. But thanks to the manager that reach out to me and explain me the situation so I could have a better understanding and I appreciate a lot. I been with this pharmacy for over 5 years and never had any problems they treat their customers pretty good and always looking to solve any issues with their customers .
