Do NOT Use Alto for Fertility Medications I am writing to document my experience with Alto Pharmacy and to share what I believe reflects unreasonable pricing practices and a failure to provide the most cost-effective option requested. Timeline of Events Before ordering my medications, I raised concerns about pricing with both my fertility clinic and Alto directly. My nurse contacted Alto on my behalf to understand why the cost was so high and explicitly instructed them to provide the most cost-effective option available. This included switching from Follistim to Gonal-F if it was more affordable and applying all available discounts (including Maven, as I am a member). Alto did not make this switch and did not present Gonal-F as an alternative, despite it being the more cost-effective

Alto Pharmacy is by far the easiest and most user-friendly pharmacy experience out there. Their communication is outstanding. They keep you updated every step of the way and even let you track your prescription just like a package. It truly feels like an Amazon-style service, but for medication. They outshine even the biggest names in the industry. The convenience, transparency, and customer care are on another level. And their delivery service? Absolutely top-tier. Fast, reliable, and incredibly convenient. I genuinely love using Alta Pharmacy. They’ve set a new standard for what a modern pharmacy experience should be. Highly recommended!

I've been using this service for a while, The last few times multiple times they have delivered it to a different address and I have to find out where my medication is at. I am disabled and it's very hard for me to walk. I have waved by signature cuz it's very hard for me to get to the door and they still deliver it to a different unit number or address and they expect me to go find it

Prescription arrived quickly and is accurate. Delivery was not great but that has nothing to do with the product. Delivery picture attached. She threw it at the door from about 15 feet away.

I used their online app to order specialty prescriptions and I was pleasantly surprised. Best pricing, super easy to use, and the whole process was quick and convenient.
