Alta Mesa Animal Hospital

I took my newly adopted rescue dog to check on several concerns. The front staff was friendly and helpful and the doctor’s assistant was professional, kind and personable. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable and happy to address all my concerns. I had to follow up with a question two days later and got a response within an hour. This is clearly a place which focuses on the well being of their patients and providing excellent care. I was very impressed that they didn’t try to “upsell” me to inflate the bill. I was very happy with all aspects of my experience.

What a wonderful team! This was our first visit, and I was truly impressed by how caring and attentive everyone was. The staff treated my dog, Tank, as if he were their own—warm, kind, and genuinely affectionate. Tank immediately felt comfortable and at ease, and it was clear he was in great hands. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Yesterday, we brought our 16 year old cat Autumn to Alta Mesa Animal Hospital as she was eating intermittently and had lost weight due to already diagnosed kidney disease. Dr. Jorgensen and Veterinary Assistant Ashlyn made Autumn and us very comfortable during Autumn's exam and diagnosis procedure, and the plan for Autumn's care going forward. We definitely recommend Alta Mesa Animal Hospital for the care of your pets.

Great visit...I have been to Alta Mesa Animal Hospital in the past. But, this was the first time with the current Dr. and support team. They were all friendly, courteous, thorough...the best. Glad I chose to go there when I moved back into the area.

Very pleased with the Doctors and staff here!! Professional, caring and very attentive. Clearly they are focused on pet care and not just adding on to the bill as much as they can like so many other practices now days. Very happy I have found them!!!
