I had one acupuncture and cupping session with Nancy Li over one year ago. She was attentive and put a lot of time and focus into my treatment. The rest of my experience was bad. I called and emailed well in advance of booking to confirm they accepted my insurance. The owner asked for my insurance details and reported back that they were covered by my insurance, and that they would handle the claim with my insurance. At my appointment, they asked me to pay in full, and that I would be reimbursed by them once my insurance paid. Fine. I confirmed with the owner that the claim would be handled by them, and he said it would. Then, nothing. No idea what this even is, be nice if this "stuff" stopped appearing when I never went there or even know where it is! Figure giving places like these one star will get them to work on not being reviewed by people who don't know what they are!
