Don't waste your time. After spending about a week trying to get a facial scheduled from a Groupon I gave up and wrote a bad review. Only after the review did they finally get back to me to give me a free facial which again was a long hassle to book. And today after arriving at the schedule time and place they were a no show. Clearly they do not know how to run a business and only care about their google reviews, as that is they ONLY way they will contact you. Again, I tried calling them and the esthetician directly, no answer. Not even worth a free facial at this point

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of place like this. My partner originally bought me a facial from here on Groupon. After multiple days and trying to get ahold to even schedule the appointment we finally got ahold of someone. Then, come day of appointment I tried calling 2 times to get the address for the place in Boulder and no one answered. Turns out, they don’t work in Boulder but one or two days a week, which then meant it was scheduled wrong to begin with since we scheduled it to be in Boulder. Clearly not work the hassle- my partner reviewed this place and got a refund from Groupon. A week or two later someone contacted him in hopes to salvage a bad google review and offered to make it up with a free facial for taking down the google review. I am now gettin

Walk-in hours (most days), an onsite dental office, a shot-clinic, and a medical clinic onsite, so that's a bonus. It's amazing how many people come in there and get help on a daily basis, me being one of them, without thanking the staff. Thank you!
