I came to this office for evaluation of a cough that began mildly about a week prior and progressively worsened to the point that I was wheezing when lying down, unable to sleep due to coughing, sore from coughing, and becoming short of breath with minimal activity. I am aware that appointments at this office often take a long time, and I did end up being there for approximately 2.5 hours. The waiting room environment was extremely concerning. The television was playing very loudly—so loudly that I could barely hear the receptionist when checking in. Although it was turned down slightly after I asked, it remained loud. Wow....What can I say about this place.. It is so amazing! I would like to especially thank one of the ladies in the front. Her name is Tiffany. My son was going through a health issues and he needed to see a doctor soon. Ms. Tiffany could see the worry on my face. She stepped right in and begin to search for an appointment . She found one for the next day. Tiffany is very professional, kind, patient and funny. I called her so much she recognized my voice right off. She would say hello Mrs. Baker and we would just laugh.. Tiffany is a great asset to this office! I can't say enough about her.. She really knows the ends and out of her job and does it with a smile. Tiffany is a go getter and she gets things done!! We had a visit this morning with Tameka for blood work. I knew she was going to be outgoing and down to earth because my name is Tameka and it’s spelled the exact way. My husband was nervous at first but she started conversations and made him feel comfortable and relaxed and he didn’t even know she had drew blood lol. I STRONGLY recommend Tameka. She is one to make you feel like family and that is very much more needed within this field. Thank you Tameka for your service today.💙

Not a great neighborhood. The office manager said no one sees the doctor. Only mid level is an option. I came here to see the doctor. They baited and switched. Not interested in seeing a NP. Wasted my time. Office manager was rude.
