Alpha Therapy and Training is an amazing family gym for all ages. Steve and Kayla and all of the coaches have truly helped me elevate my fitness and health, and their physical therapy services have been a huge help. My son also loves their kids’ fitness classes. Highly recommend!

The classes here are amazing — great workouts built around functional strength and plyometrics. The moms class is especially unique: led by moms, for moms of all fitness levels, and so flexible about bringing kids when needed. Beyond that, it’s been so cool to see how our kids are being influenced just by watching the moms class. Steve and Kayla have opened their space to let our kiddos be part of it, and they’ve created this incredible community. My kids have also attended & loved the kids classes that focus on training & developing the skills needed off the field/ice!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Alpha!

I love this place! Fantastic workout in a very welcoming environment-it’s a great atmosphere to get stronger and healthier while having a lot of fun. I always feel like I’m pushed in the best way possible and have noticed gains in strength and overall fitness since I joined. Alpha offers a sense of community for the whole family. 10/10 would recommend!

Alpha is a wonderful place for all around health and wellness. There is a wide array of group fitness, kids, and family classes, along with physical therapy and expert advice. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, with workouts that are both challenging and accessible for all levels of fitness. Steve and Kayla have created a positive space for advancing your practice.

I highly recommend Alpha Therapy and Training for multiple reasons. First, from an adult fitness level. The fitness classes are small classes but provide a large supportive environment. They are geared towards all fitness levels. Each of the instructors are experienced and will help with any modified version of the work out if need be. From a kids fitness level, my son is 12 years old and needed something for a little confidence booster. Steve has been nothing but amazing not only to my son but all the kids in the class. He's attentive and works with them on the movements, explain the importance of doing the movements correctly and really the overall importance of health and fitness. And lastly, from a therapy perspective, I've never been an actual patient, however, Steve never hes
